Kiwi Air Lines May Get Another Chance: Kiwi International Air Lines Inc. told a judge that it has an agreement with Wasatch International Group of West Palm Beach, Fla., an investment fund that would lend Kiwi $5 million under a deal to be finalized by the weekend. The plan could have the 15-jet carrier, which is only running charter flights, back in the air by mid-November. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Rosemary Gambardella allowed Newark, N.J.-based Kiwi to continue skeletal operations pending a hearing Oct. 31.
