Wrapping Up Season by Ripping Irish, BYU

Share

Before any Notre Dame fans start talking (those who can still talk with their feet in their mouths) about how USC’s one victory means little compared to their own past 12, remember that before the Irish streak, USC had been just as dominant, going 12-2-2 from 1967 to 1982. History isn’t going to help Notre Dame anymore. This series has historically been won in streaks. Guess whose turn it is, now? Fight On.

The football bowl selection process has really taken a nose dive. How could they leave out one of the top 25 because it is from a small population state and therefore would not have a large following at a bowl game?

Choosing teams with 6-5 records over Wyoming only reflects the monetary considerations of the selection committees.

Wyoming has been an offensive leader in the nation, their quarterback Josh Wallwork has been a leader in total offense and Marcus Harris is the premier wide receiver this past season. They lost only two games this year by a total of seven points. Their post-season reward is a snub!
