For the first time, Los Angeles residents can review the city budget on the Internet. The proposed budget for the 1997-98 fiscal year is available online through the city’s home page at https://www.ci.la.ca.us, said City Council member Laura Chick. The online budget page allows people to comment or ask questions of the mayor and the City Council.
