Jorgensen Holding Co. Completes Sale

Earle M. Jorgensen Holding Co. said it has completed the sale of its Mexican subsidiary, Kilsby Jorgensen S.A. De C.V., to Palmexico, S.A. De C.V. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Palmexico is a steel service company; Brea-based Earle M. Jorgensen is a metal distributor.
