PIQUE EXPERIENCE

I can see that the Clinton haters are still banging the same old drum (Letters, March 22).

Obviously piqued by the making of a movie “about” Clinton (“Primary Colors”), these patriots feel obliged to point out that he was elected by a mere 25% of registered voters, and he wouldn’t have won at all except for the bias of the liberal press. Of course, what that says about their man I hate to think. And the press is certainly no friend of Bill’s nowadays. As mediocre as they claim his performance is, the truth is the Republicans haven’t been able to top it since.

Sorry this isn’t politics’ Golden Era. So take a pill and go see a movie.
