The Golden Rain Foundation’s Long-Range Planning Committee on Thursday agreed to explore leasing space for a new Leisure World administration building in the recently approved Town Centre project. The city on Wednesday gave the go-ahead to the seven-building, 253,000-square-foot complex, which will include office space, a hotel and a restaurant. A decision on where the new office building will be located at the complex is expected within the next month.
