YORBA LINDA
The Planning Commission on Wednesday unanimously approved an apartment or condominium complex for two acres of vacant land in the 18700 block of Yorba Linda Boulevard, near Lakeview Avenue. The site is part of a 12-acre parcel that the commission voted to divide into three lots. The new complex would be built on one of the lots. The existing Yorba Linda Pines Apartments are on the second lot. Storm drains and an equestrian trail will go on the third lot, which is 1.85 acres. The City Council will consider the project in August.
