LAGUNA NIGUEL
The City Council last week unanimously approved final maps and agreements for two new housing tracts in the western part of the city. Some land in the second tract was dedicated to the community services district for recreation, riding and hiking. The city engineer will review the plan before handing it over to the city attorney.
