Adhesive tape company Sekisui TA got the green light this week from the Planning Commission to build a 247,368-square-foot world headquarters at Imperial Highway and Puente Street in Brea. The company, described as the second-largest tape manufacturer in the nation next to 3M, is based in Garden Grove.
