GOVERNMENT CONTRACT AWARDS

* Litton Systems Inc., Woodland Hills, won a $497,575 contract from the U.S. Air Force in Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., for instruments and laboratory equipment.

* HR Textron Inc., Valencia, won a $350,763 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for valves.

* Whittaker Corp. in North Hollywood won a $256,244 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine accessories.
