* Former Kinko’s executive Michael J. Foulkes has been named vice president of marketing for eCertain, an Austin, Texas, firm that provides a way to transmit sensitive files over the Internet.

In his new position, Foulkes will be responsible for all marketing, communications and public relations activities.

He moves to eCertain from Kinko’s Inc. in Ventura, where he was also vice president of marketing.
