Kamehameha Highway, a popular around-the-island drive on Hawaii’s Oahu, has reopened to all traffic, three months after a rockslide blocked it near Waimea on the north shore. Tour buses had been banned from a temporary bypass installed after the slide. . . . In the air: Delta Air Lines on Saturday will begin nonstop service between Los Angeles and Boston. Introductory round-trip fares, good through Sept. 9, begin at $358. United and American are among airlines that also fly the route. . . . Start-up JetBlue Airways plans to begin flying between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Ontario, Calif., on July 21 and between JFK and Oakland on Aug. 3. Virgin Atlantic Airways, Britain’s second largest, and Las Vegas-based National Airlines plan to link their frequent-flier programs starting in September. Virgin Atlantic this month began twice-weekly nonstop flights from London to Las Vegas.
