Accelerated Networks Registers With SEC for IPO

Accelerated Networks in Moorpark has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

Accelerated Networks develops and markets telecommunications products to bundle voice and data services over a single network.

The terms of the public offering have not yet been disclosed, and offers will only be made by prospectus. The public offering is being managed by an underwriting group led by Credit Suisse First Boston.
