California Atty. Gen. Bill Lockyer will speak about traffic issues and the Foothill South toll road at a meeting hosted by the Friends of Foothills and the Sierra Club at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Community Center. Lockyer will field questions about the toll road and speak out against non-competition agreements.
