The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

BREA

* West Imperial: A resident reported getting obscene phone calls in the 700 block at 5:57 p.m. Monday.

* South Brea Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 7:17 a.m. Monday.

DANA POINT

* Del Obispo Street: A teen was cited on suspicion of possessing alcohol in the 33000 block at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

* Street of the Copper Lantern: Deputies responded to a report of a loud party in the 33000 block at 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The resident agreed to keep the noise down.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Brookhurst Street: Someone stole glasses from an optometrist in the 18400 block at 1:55 p.m. Friday.

* Daisy Avenue: Someone stole a car in the 10600 block at 7:40 a.m. Friday.

* San Bernardo Circle: Someone stole two racing wheels from a truck parked in the 17600 block at 5:11 p.m. Friday.

FULLERTON

* South Brookhurst Road: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 400 block at 7:56 p.m. Monday.

* West Commonwealth Avenue: Police responded to a report of a transient problem in the 1800 block at 10:49 p.m. Monday.

* West Commonwealth Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 100 block at 1:29 p.m. Monday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Beach Boulevard: A woman forged a prescription at Sav-On in the 17500 block at 12:41 a.m. Saturday.

* Beach Boulevard: A man was beat up at a bar in the 17700 block at 3:31 a.m. Saturday.

* Newport Boulevard: A man was assaulted in the 300 block at 4:38 a.m. Saturday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Agate Street: A San Clemente resident was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana near North Coast Highway at 3:46 a.m. Sunday.

* Broadway: A car parked on private property was towed away in the 200 block at 9 p.m. Friday.

LA HABRA

* South Beach Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 12:25 p.m. Sunday.

* West Imperial Highway: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block at 7:49 a.m. Sunday.

* West Greenwood Avenue: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block at 5:31 p.m. Saturday.

PLACENTIA

* North Bradford Avenue: A theft of a boy’s bicycle valued at $150 was reported in the 500 block at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

* South McCarron Street: A wheel and tire were reportedly taken from a parked vehicle at 4:30 a.m. Monday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Victoria: Three men were reportedly causing a disturbance at a bar in the 600 block at 8:45 p.m. Sunday. The men were escorted back to their hotel.

* El Camino Real: A bar employee reported some drunken patrons had entered the bar’s patio area, urinated on the walls and knocked down some plants in the 200 block at 9:10 a.m. Sunday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Avenida de la Vista: A woman reported her boyfriend abandoned her three sons at the Swallows Day Parade in the 30000 block at 3:20 p.m. Saturday.

* Paseo Santa Clara: A 20-year-old woman reported two former roommates followed her from a fast-food restaurant in Lake Forest and then got out of the car behind her at a stoplight in the 26000 block at 9 p.m. Saturday. The woman said she felt threatened, although there were no physical or verbal threats.

STANTON

* Court Avenue: A narcotics violation was reported in the 10600 block at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday.

* Pacific Avenue: Loud music was reported in the 900 block at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday.

VILLA PARK

* Villa Drive: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 18000 block at 7:22 p.m. Saturday.

* Helena Drive: A burglary was reported in the 17000 block at 9:49 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Garden Grove, Irvine, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin, Westminster and Yorba Linda.

Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
