Developers have completed improvements of streets, grading and utilities for a 132-home project on the southwest corner of Alta Vista Street and Dunnavant Drive. The City Council voted last week to accept the work done by a partnership between developers William Lyon and HQT Homes and $1.4 million in bonds for the project that the developer posted to guarantee the value of the improvements to the city.
