Charles Dunn Real Estate Promotes Executive V.P.

* Charles Dunn Real Estate Management Services has promoted Executive Vice President Jeff Gunther to president of the division, which is a unit of Charles Dunn Co. He will oversee the portfolio of the Los Angeles-based management services unit.

* Los Angeles-based real estate building and management firm PCS Development has appointed Cecilia Fong controller. Previously, Fong was the controller of Wilshire Management Corp. in Santa Monica.

* Grace Sanchez-Hagen has joined Scudder Private Investment Counsel in Los Angeles as vice president and sales consultant. The former nonprofit development director will focus on selling asset management services to foundations and endowments.

* Long Beach-based transport and logistics company Daily Transport has promoted John Reed to regional sales manager. He will oversee the Inland Empire and north Orange County region. Most recently, Reed served as an account executive at ABF and NationsWay.
