Interest Rate Cuts

* Every time the Fed cuts interest rates the action is applauded, but what about us--seniors who have been conservative and put our few dollars in risk-free certificates of deposit and depend on a little interest to supplement our Social Security? At this rate, we will add to the ranks of the poverty group. Fair? I don’t think so.
