The Irvine provider of managed health-care services said net income for the third fiscal quarter, which ended Dec. 31, totaled $3.3 million, or 43 cents a share, a gain of 10% from $3 million, or 37 cents a share, for the like period in 1999. Revenue was up 13% to $52.2 million.
