Shakey’s

Shakey’s Inc. has appointed Ronald Stilwell director of operations and John Baillon director of franchise development.

Stilwell has joined Garden Grove-based Shakey’s after seven years with Peter Piper Pizza Inc. He most recently served as president/operating partner of the franchise group.

Baillon was director of franchise development for Yorkshire Global Restaurants, where he handled national brands Long John Silver’s and A&W.;

Wet Seal

Christopher G. Staff has been named president and chief operating officer of specialty retailer Wet Seal Inc. in Foothill Ranch. Staff had held the same positions at Authentic Fitness, a division of apparel maker Warnaco Group Inc.

The company also named Walter Parks chief financial officer and executive vice president. A former executive vice president at Restoration Hardware Inc., he succeeds Ann Cadier-Kim, who resigned last month.

P&O; Princess Cruises

P&O; Princess Cruises has appointed Phil Kleweno president of its North American division, based in Los Angeles. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations of Princess Cruises.

Kleweno is a former senior partner at Bain & Co., a global business consultant.

Creative Domain

Creative Domain, a Los Angeles-based entertainment industry marketing and advertising firm, has named Mitchell Rubenstein, formerly of Cimarron Group, executive vice president for interactive and new media. Robert Levin, former Sony Corp. and Walt Disney Co. worldwide marketing executive, was named president of the new Creative Domain Enterprises unit.
