Tax Rebate

My IRS Immediate Tax Relief notice arrived in Saturday’s mail. The amount, $77.15, will arrive Aug. 20--just in time to help me stimulate the economy. Stimulate it, all right, if I lived in a Third World country! I’m 69 and may not be alive to receive all the installments mentioned in the letter. Hopefully, by 2004, the American public will have had enough of the Bush administration and vote it out of office before it does any more foolishness or destruction.
