Police Seek Man in Assault on Girl, 6
Police are searching for a man who abducted and sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl who was riding a bicycle through her neighborhood Monday.
The man forced the girl into his pickup truck near Criswell Street and Kentland Avenue, said Sgt. David Medof of the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Valley Division. After assaulting the girl at a home, he drove her to a residential area and released her, Medof said. The girl knocked on a door and asked for help.
The suspect is white or Latino, age 25 to 40, with brown hair and green eyes, Medof said. His pickup truck is believed to be green.
