* Chorale--The Santa Clarita Master Chorale presents “Mozart and Friends,” featuring light classical, this weekend at Valencia United Methodist Church, 25718 McBean Parkway, Valencia. * Dance--The Mark Goodman Tap Company presents “World Tap” this weekend at El Portal Center for the Arts, 5269 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood. The Los Angeles-based dance troupe, noted for its fusion of New York swing-style tap with world rhythms and other dance forms, utilizes humor with acrobatic movements and international musical colors. * Groucho--Frank Ferrante will present “An Evening With Groucho,” his portrayal of legendary funny man Groucho Marx on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Pierce College’s Theater on the Hill, 6201 Winnetka Ave., Woodland Hills. The two-act show features some of Groucho’s best one-liners, plus anecdotes and such songs as “Hooray for Captain Spaulding” and “Lydia the Tattooed Lady.” Saturday’s show is a benefit for the San Fernando Valley Master Chorale. $8-$25. * Festival--”A Tapestry of Jewish Life,” the ninth annual Valley Jewish Festival, will take place Sunday at Cal State Northridge, 18111 Nordhoff St. The event, which touts itself as the largest outdoor celebration of Jewish arts and culture west of Chicago, will feature live entertainment, a children’s park, rides, games, food and more than 50 vendors. Entertainment will include David Broza, Craig Taubman, Lawrence Juber, Pharaoh’s Daughter, the Keshet Chaim Dance Ensemble, Hollywood Klezmer, Visions, Parachute Express, Joanie Bartels and others.
