From Times Wire Reports

A computer expert for the defense testified on Wednesday that some of the pornography seized at the home of murder defendant David Westerfield may have been collected not by Westerfield but by his college-age son.

Prosecutors allege that the pornography proves Westerfield had sexual fantasies about young girls.

The 50-year-old design engineer is accused of the kidnapping and murder of Danielle van Dam, 7.

Computer expert Marcus Lawson said that based on e-mail on one of four computers at Westerfield’s home, he concluded that some of the pictures from a porn Web site had been downloaded by Westerfield’s son, Neil.
