65 Illegal Immigrants Are Detained at LAX
From Times Staff Reports
U.S. immigration authorities detained 65 undocumented migrants from Mexico in Terminal No. 1 at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday.
The migrants, including 40 men and 25 women and children, entered the country illegally through Arizona, said Francisco Arcaute, an INS spokesman. All agreed to return to Mexico, he said.
