Fund Created for Teen Killed in CHP Car Crash
The Oxnard Police Department, California Highway Patrol and City Impact have established a memorial fund to cover funeral expenses for a teenager killed when the car in which she was riding was hit by a CHP cruiser.
Jessica Mohorko, 18, was killed instantly and her boyfriend suffered a broken arm when a CHP vehicle struck their car while pursuing a speeder on March 23.
