F. Lee Bailey Loses Bid to Practice Law Again

F. Lee Bailey, a high-profile lawyer who was disbarred for mishandling $6 million worth of a client’s stock, has lost a bid to practice law again.
The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts said he deserved to be disbarred after he engaged in “egregious and cumulative conduct.”
