Man Executed in Killing of Paralyzed Woman

A man was executed by lethal injection in Huntsville for fatally slashing and stabbing a paralyzed woman in a wheelchair less than a month after he got out of prison.
Richard Head Williams, who had previously maintained his innocence, was contrite and took responsibility for his 1997 crime seconds before his execution.
