Going ‘puff’

Share

“Hackery” -- a word that should surely be coined for the vernacular of the entertainment business. That Lorna Luft should have a production performing the songs of her mother, Judy Garland, solely because she is Garland’s daughter is, sadly I guess, a given. That the Los Angeles Times should publish such a large puff piece about her, promoting her (and coincidentally, of course, her show), is the worst sort of PR hackery and an insult to real artists, performers and singers.
