Apartment Building Fire Leaves 13 Homeless

Thirteen people were left homeless Sunday afternoon after a fire caused heavy damage to an apartment building on West 92nd Street. One man suffered critical burns, and a woman was treated for smoke inhalation. Both were taken to a hospital.
