Comment about greed resonates

Regarding “Still on the Market” by Allison B. Cohen (Sept. 21), which stated: “Others feel over-inflated prices are about greed.” Thanks for having the courage to finally crack the big secret. It is an artificially over-inflated market, and it is time for the banks and the real estate agents to suffer -- as in unemployment -- like the renters and buyers have been suffering for years.
