Voter Sign-Up Deadline Nears
The deadline for registering to vote in the Nov. 2 election is 4:30 p.m. Monday.
Voters can register by mailing in one of the forms available at most Los Angeles County government buildings, as well as city halls, fire stations, libraries and post offices.

Voter registration -- A brief article in some editions of Saturday’s California section about the deadline for registering to vote in the Nov. 2 election gave the deadline as 4:30 p.m. Monday. The deadline is midnight Monday. The Los Angeles County registrar’s office will be open until midnight at 12400 E. Imperial Highway, Norwalk.
Officials must receive the forms by Monday.
