Three Superior Court Commissioners Elected

Orange County Superior Court judges have elected three new commissioners to start Sept. 6, court officials announced Thursday.
Craig E. Arthur, 43, and Max De Liema, 59, are former deputy public defenders. Both are in private practice, with Arthur handling appellate matters and De Liema in criminal defense.
Glenn Mondo, 46, has been a partner in a firm specializing in business and real estate litigation. He is also a Santa Ana planning commissioner and a trustee of the Orange County High School of the Arts.
