Auto physics: A July 17 editorial on state Senate legislation to reduce high school dropout rates cited “an ‘auto physics’ class, like the one taught at Duarte High School” as an innovative example of college prep and career tech courses that schools might offer. Duarte High does not offer this class. Monrovia High School offers a Physics of the Auto course that meets the University of California and California State University lab science requirement.
