Monterosso, Bermudez named to judge posts

County officials Angel M. Bermudez and John M. Monterosso were appointed Superior Court judges Wednesday by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Bermudez, 42, had been the county’s senior deputy district attorney; Monterosso, 42, was the county’s supervising deputy district attorney.
They fill vacancies created by the retirements of Judges B.J. Bjork and Erik Kaiser.
