News Corp. family trust sells stock

The family trust of News Corp. Chief Executive Rupert Murdoch reported selling $354.8 million worth of News Corp. stock.
The trust sold 17.6 million Class A shares Thursday for $20.20 a share, according to a regulatory filing. Following the transaction, the trust beneficially holds about 16.4 million Class A shares, the filing said.
