A record ’07 for the West End

London theaters enjoyed a third consecutive year of record audiences and revenue in 2007, an industry group said.

Attendance at live performances rose 10% from a year earlier to 13.64 million people, while ticket revenue rose 17% to $790 million, the Society of London Theatre said in a report.
