From Times Wire Reports

Fewer than half of the state’s voting sites had reported the results from Tuesday night’s Democratic caucuses, which were so chaotic and overcrowded by record turnout that police were called to some polling places to keep order.

So there is no winner yet for the caucuses, the second stage of the state’s Democratic primary, which allocates 67 delegates to the national convention. Officials said results were being mailed in from 8,247 precincts. Sen. Barack Obama was ahead with 56% to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s 44%.
