General Motors Co. says only 15 vehicles, or about 4% of those eligible, have been returned under its money-back-guarantee program.
GM launched its 60-day money-back guarantee program Sept. 14. The policy allows buyers to return their vehicle after 30 days of ownership. The first refund requests came in Thursday.
