Not that you, or Einstein, can figure out who the Lakers will play, but this game will decide the season series between the No. 2 Nuggets and No. 3 Mavericks.
Not that they have to stay Nos. 2-3, with both teams losing three of four last week and the Mavericks starting the weekend a half-game ahead of No. 4 Utah, which was a half-game ahead of No. 5 Phoenix.
Meanwhile, No. 6 Oklahoma City, No. 7 San Antonio and No. 8 Portland are all within 1½ games of one another.
Nevertheless, this game should be interesting, as should a lot of others in the West the rest of the way.
