Get a kick out of this

Retired soccer star David Beckham and his wife, singer-model-designer Victoria Beckham, have made an off-market move in Beverly Hills, selling their home for a little more than $33.1 million.

Tucked behind massive iron gates, the Italian villa-style mansion was built in 2007. The H-shaped home has more than 13,000 square feet of living space that includes formal living and dining rooms, an elevator, a library, a media/music room and six bedrooms.

Outside, covered and uncovered patios flank a large, grassy field. A swimming pool and pool deck sit across the lawn.

The couple bought the property in 2007 after David Beckham signed a five-year contract to play for the Los Angeles Galaxy. The former English team captain led the Galaxy to back-to-back titles in 2011 and 2012.

Victoria Beckham gained fame in the 1990s as a member of the all-female pop group the Spice Girls. Also a star in the fashion world, she launched her eponymous label in 2008.

That’s a wrap in Malibu

Veteran film actor Edward Norton has called it a wrap on Malibu’s Las Flores Beach, selling his home for $4.395 million. He bought the place in 2008 for $2.72 million.

The oceanfront retreat includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens. There are fireplaces in the family and living rooms.

Outside, expansive decking extends up to 43 feet of sandy beachfront. A tiki bar, an above-ground spa, a sun deck and tall palms complete the setting.

Norton, 49, is known for his Oscar-nominated roles in “Primal Fear” (1996), “American History X” (1998) and “Birdman” (2015).

Reaching for a buyer

Retired basketball player and coach Rudy Tomjanovich and his wife, Sophie, have listed their home in the Cheviot Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles at $3.475 million.

Built in 2011, the Cape Cod-inspired traditional home has blue shake siding, white trim and a front porch.

The 3,930-square-foot interior includes five bedrooms, 4.25 bathrooms, a formal dining room and an office. Glass-paneled doors lead to a covered rear patio that runs the length of the home.

Tomjanovich, 69, was a five-time NBA all-star during his 12-year playing career. As a coach, he piloted the Houston Rockets to championships in 1994 and 1995.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch

“Dallas” mainstay Linda Gray has her horse property for sale in Canyon Country at $2.995 million.

The 2.66-acre ranch features a main house built in 1973, a guesthouse and caretaker’s quarters for a total of 4,800 square feet space, five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The grounds contain mature oaks, a koi pond, a swimming pool and spa, a tennis court with a cabana, a three-stall stable, a tack room and a chicken coop.

Gray, 78, played opposite Larry Hagman in “Dallas” (1978-91). She reprised the role of his wife in a continuation of the series from 2012 to 2014 and has scores of other television credits. This year she has appeared in the drama “Hilton Head Island.”

Getting out of her element

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Tamra Judge had sold her home in a gated community in Ladera Ranch for $1.75 million.

The remodeled house, built in 2005, features a swimming pool and panoramic views. Within the nearly 4,000 square feet of living space are a family room, five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A covered loggia overlooks the pool and spa in the backyard, which also contains a built-in barbecue center and a seating area with a fireplace.

Judge, 51, has been on the reality series since it started in 2006. She also starred in the 2013 series “Tamra’s OC Wedding.”

Something for under the tree?

The onetime home of actor Darren McGavin is for sale in Beverly Hills at $2.995 million or for yearlong lease at $14,500 a month furnished.

Set behind a gate and walls, the Cape Cod-influenced traditional features open-plan living areas, a den/media room, four bedrooms and six bathrooms in close to 4,000 square feet.

Used brick surrounds the entry area swimming pool and paves the patios. There are camera surveillance and alarm systems.

McGavin, who died in 2006 at 83, is remembered for his Emmy Award-winning work on “Murphy Brown” (1989-92), his portrayal of the father in the 1983 comedy film “A Christmas Story” and for his starring role in the 1974-75 horror series “Kolchak: The Night Stalker.”
