The ocean-facing unit, originally built in 1986, features a remodeled floor plan with an updated kitchen, living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 1,635 square feet of living space.

A balcony runs parallel with the second-floor master suite. Set adjacent to the condo, an outdoor lounge with a fire pit centers on views stretching from La Jolla to Point Loma.
