Mandate, starting in 2014, that nearly everyone buys health insurance will bring coverage to 34 million uninsured people by 2021.
Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program expansion starting in 2014 will add 17 million people by 2021.
Insured share of population will rise from 81% of the population in 2012 to 92% in 2021.
Net cost of coverage will be $1.131 trillion for the period 2012 to 2021.
