Actors Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have put their Malibu beach house back on the market, chopping $3.5 million from last year to price it at $11.2 million.

The Balinese-inspired home faces sand dunes and the ocean. The 4,300-square-foot house, built in 1978 and renovated in 2005, is entered through a gated courtyard. Features include a screening room, a bar, a gym, an office and a detached guest house. The master suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and a beachfront balcony for a total of four bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms.

Hawn, 66, was a regular and a dancer on “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In” in the late ‘60s. Among her film roles was “Cactus Flower” (1969), for which she won an Oscar for best supporting actress. She was nominated for best actress for “Private Benjamin” (1980).

Russell, 61, was in the football movie “Touchback” last year and is working on the upcoming films “Django Unchained” and “The Black Marks.”

The property, which was purchased in 1989, has been listed for sale or lease frequently since 1995.

Kimberley Pfeiffer of Coldwell Banker in Malibu Colony, is the listing agent.
