More than a month after Superstorm Sandy slammed ashore in New Jersey, residents are still struggling to clean out flooded homes. The White House has asked Congress to approve $60 billion in aid to help New Jersey, New York and other coastal states recover. For now, it’s a daily struggle for many homeowners just to save what they can.
