Baseball: Christian Yelich, Jake Marisnick reach major leagues [Updated]
The Miami Marlins wasted no time in trying to see what young prospects Christian Yelich (Westlake) and Jake Marisnick (Riverside Poly) can do. Both were in the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Rockies after being called up to the major leagues.
Yelich got a hit in his first major-league at-bat. He finished with three hits in four at-bats and two RBIs.
