Asbestos deal OKd by judge

A Bankruptcy Court judge approved W.R. Grace & Co.’s agreement to reimburse the government $250 million for the investigation and cleanup of asbestos contamination in Libby, Mont.
The company agreed in March to settle the claim for the past and future cleanup of contaminated schools, homes and businesses in Libby. The contamination has been blamed for sickening hundreds of people, some of whom have died.
