A step-down living room with a marble fireplace, a formal dining room with a patterned ceiling, a den/office, a family room, four bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms lie within the 3,070 square feet of space. A French country-inspired kitchen has a breakfast area and doors that open to the grounds.

Outdoors, a pavered patio holds a built-in barbecue, a wet bar and an al fresco dining area. A stairway leads up the tiered grounds to a tree-topped sitting area and, farther along, to a tiled swimming pool.

Baumgartner bought the place nearly a decade ago for $1.91 million, records show.

Anthony Stellini and Sherri Rogers of Nourmand & Assoc., Beverly Hills, hold the listing.
