Actress Cheryl Hines of “Suburgatory” has sold her home in Bel-Air for $3.105 million.

The Cape Cod-inspired Traditional, built in 1969, is clad in wood shingles and has black shutters and white trim around the windows and portico.

The 3,756 square feet of living space center on an open plan great room with exposed beams that features a living room and an updated kitchen with an island. There’s also a formal dining room, a den, five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

French doors open to the backyard lawn and swimming pool.

Hines, 48, was on “Suburgatory” since it began in 2011 until its recent cancellation. She had a long-running role on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” as star Larry David’s wife from 2000 to 2011 and will star next year in the comedy “Stuck.”
