Actor-singer Cheyenne Jackson and Jason Landau have landed a ranch house in Hollywood Hills West for $1.59 million.
Built in 1952, the home's exterior belies the updated open plan interiors. The 1,854 square feet of light and bright space includes a living room that opens to an expansive deck along the back of the house with plenty of room for outdoor dining and living areas.
Among details are a barrel-vaulted ceiling, skylights, French doors and a wall of built-in bookcases. The upgraded kitchen has black granite countertops and stainless appliances. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Cheyenne, 39, is known for his work on and off Broadway. He has starred in such shows as "All Shook Up," "Xanadu," "Finian's Rainbow" and "The Performers." His albums include "The Power of Two" and "I'm Blue, Skies."
The steely-eyed actor was a character on "Glee" in 2010 and 2011 and is working on a number of films including the upcoming "A Beautiful Now" in which he'll star.
He and entrepreneur Landau married last year.
The property last sold a decade ago for $1.49 million. Celebrity Address Aerial spotted the couple's purchase.
Steven Aaron of Keller Williams and Christopher Watson of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties were the listing agents. Sam Jacobson of Keller Williams represented Jackson and Landau.
